Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates across Canada.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.


Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of an incorrect product received or an error made on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe an error was made.

VivoPet is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages in transit, or any other shipping issues once the order has been handed off to the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the product itself, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with you on a resolution.

How to Request a Return: If you received an incorrect product or believe an error was made, contact us at vivopet.ca@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address if applicable.

Refund Processing: If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: For clarity, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: opened or used supplements, perishable items, and items marked as final sale.
